Per page, based on the delivery tier you choose. A page is roughly 450 words of typed output. Bulk discounts apply automatically above 20 pages.
PDF, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, and most scanned image formats. Outputs are delivered as Word (.docx) or Excel (.xlsx) depending on the service.
